Thanks to the partners Mandagroup and Advenica, Serstech had the chance to attend Milipol 2016 in Doha, Qatar.
Serstech ChemDash and the Indicator, handheld Raman spectrometer, got a great deal of attention, especially taking into consideration the coming events that will take place in Qatar in the near future, mainly the 2022 FIFA World Cup. There is a clear need for a secured chemical data management, integration of reliable and easy to use hand-held instruments networks and, essentially, a comprehensive and global chemical threats management concept for VIP protection, big events and critical infrastructures control and monitoring.
Within that scenario, Serstech showed its perfect suitability as key actor and chemical intelligence expert, able to set up the management skeleton from which the security concept should be based upon.

During the exhibition, Serstech had the opportunity to perform analysis of real agents samples (explosives and narcotics) with Qatar International Security Forces and with several departments of the Ministry of Interior, including the General Directorate of Coasts & Borders Security. The reliability of the measurements and the ease of use were highly appreciated.
